JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal makes a declaration that the First Respondent has failed to comply with the requirements of section 188 of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992[2]The Tribunal accordingly makes a protective award in respect of all production staff employed by the First Respondent as at 19 May 2017 who were dismissed by reason of redundancy on or after 19 May 2017 together with the individual Claimants as set out in the Schedule attached[3]The protected period is a period of 90 days commencing on 19 May 2017
