Claimant – in person Respondent - did not attend (Rule 21 Rules of Tribunal applied) JUDGEMENT[1]At the date of his dismissal the claimant had accrued untaken leave of 11 days for which he is entitled to compensation. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of eleven hundred pounds (£1100.00).[2]In breach of contract the respondent failed to give the claimant a full one month’s notice, or compensation in lieu. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum in compensation amounting to nine hundred and twenty three pounds and eight pence (£923.08).
