JUDGMENT
[1]The claim is not struck out on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospect of success, and is not subject to a deposit order on the grounds that it has little reasonable prospect of success.[2]The case is not struck out for unreasonable conduct or for a failure to comply with tribunal orders on the part of the claimant.[3]The claimant’s application to amend the claim to pursue a section 100 unfair dismissal claim is granted and the amended further and better particulars filed by the claimant are admitted in their entirety.[4]The case will proceed to a full hearing at which all the remaining claims in the proceedings shall be determined.[5]A Case Management Order will follow this Judgment.
