JUDGMENT
[1]Mr Scotson and Mr O’Loughin were employed by the respondent as workers.[2]There has been an unlawful deduction from their wages in the sum of £360 each.[3]At the date of termination of their contract, each had accrued nine days untaken and unpaid holiday. They are entitled to compensation in the sum of 9 x £140 being £1,260.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to each of the above named claimants the sum of £1,620.
