JUDGMENT

The parties hereto having agreed terms of settlement which are confidential to the parties, the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the hearing of this case be adjourned to allow for the implementation of the terms of settlement. If neither party shall apply on or before 4.00pm on 5 July 2018 for the case to be restored to the list for hearing it shall, the claimant's consent having been given to the Tribunal, be treated as withdrawn by the claimant on settlement and shall stand dismissed without further direction or order.
