JUDGMENT
[1]By agreement between the parties all the claimant’s claims relating to unlawful deduction of wages are settled on the basis that by no later than 4.00pm on the 4 December 2020 the sum of £1,864.67 is paid to the claimant by the respondent company.[2]If that payment is not made by the above date and time the matter will proceed to a final hearing on a date to be arranged. Either party may apply for the matter to continue to a final hearing.[3]No further order, direction or judgment need be made.
