Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has unfairly dismissed the claimant.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement. 3. These claims succeed and the remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing.[4]The claim of unauthorised deductions in respect of expenses is dismissed as the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider it.
