Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The first respondent is removed as a respondent since this is a trading name, rather than the name of a legal entity.[2]The second respondent has made a series of unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages by failing to pay the claimant his basic pay for 8 weeks’ work and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3,076.96, being the total sum unlawfully deducted.[3]The second respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages by failing to pay the claimant commission earned and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,717.75, being the total sum unlawfully deducted.
