[1]The claim was presented out of time.[2]It was not reasonably practicable to present the claim in time. The claim was presented within a reasonable time after it became practicable for the claimant to present the claim.[3]The tribunal has jurisdiction to hear the claim.[4]The claim was automatically unfairly dismissed for asserting a statutory right within the meaning of s104 Employment Rights Act 1996.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a Compensatory Award in the sum of £1,693.50.[6]The recoupment regulations do not apply.[7]The respondent breached the terms of the claimant’s contract of employment by dismissing her without notice. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the net sum of £160.00.[8]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages is not well-founded and is hereby dismissed.
