Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £1225.31.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1397.27.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £322.45.[4]No reasons for dismissal in writing have been given therefore a further sum of £769.24 is ordered to be paid to the claimant.[5]The respondents are ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £3714.27 together with a 25% uplift of £928.57 for breach of the ACAS code of practice making a total sum that is to be paid by the respondent to the claimant of £4642.84[6]The hearing listed on 19 September 2017 is cancelled. 07-09-17
