[1]All of the Claimant’s claims were brought within the relevant time limit.[2]The Claimant’s claims of failure to pay a redundancy payment, unlawful deduction from wages, unlawful deduction from wages (holiday pay) and breach of contract (notice pay) are well founded.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following gross sums:a. A redundancy payment of £3929.55b. Unpaid wages of £792.00c. Unpaid holiday pay of £731.08d. Damages in respect of notice pay in the sum of £2193.24 Total: £7645.87
