The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in respect of unpaid wages and is ordered to pay the claimant, within 21 days of the date of this judgment, the sum of £387.13 gross representing 40.75 hours pay at an hourly rate of £9.50.
