REMEDY JUDGMENT Employment Tribunal Rules of procedure Rule 21[1]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant, aged 35 years at the effective date of termination, a statutory redundancy payment in the gross sum of £4442.40 (17 years x £296.16 gross per week).[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant accrued unpaid annual leave in the sum of £710.76 (12 days @ £59.23) less lawful deductions of tax and national insurance.
