JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was an employee of the respondent from 1 February 2021.[2]The claimant’s application to amend her claim by adding a complaint for notice pay is not granted.[3]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the claimant the wages due from 1 March 2021 to 11 March 2021 (inclusive) and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1184.61 being the total gross sum deducted.[4]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of agreed but untaken annual leave on termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £ 323.07 being the gross sum due.[5]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages regarding alleged unpaid expenses and so this claim is dismissed.
