JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed.1.1 The respondent shall pay to the claimant a basic award of £1,017.90 calculated as 26 hours per week x £7.83 per hour x 5 years.1.2 The respondent shall pay to the claimant a compensatory award of £1,808.73 calculated as 11 fewer hours per week x £7.83 per hour x 21 weeks.[2]The claimant was wrongfully dismissed. 2.1 The claimant has mitigated his loss and after allowing for sums received the respondent shall pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £430.65 calculated as 11 hours lost per week x £7.83 x 5 weeks.[3]The claimant’s claim in respect of holiday pay is dismissed for want of evidence.[4]The total amount payable to the claimant is £3,257.28.
