JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim that the respondent breached his contract by failing to pay accrued holiday pay on termination of the claimant's employment is dismissed on withdrawal at the outset of the hearing.[2]The claimant's claim that an unlawful deduction from his wages was made by the respondent was dismissed at the outset of the hearing on withdrawal by the claimant.[3]The claimant is found not to have to been constructively dismissed. Accordingly, the claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal, for notice pay on dismissal and for a redundancy payment are not well-founded and are dismissed.
