JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent’s response shall be accepted.[2]The claimant was a worker for the purposes of section 230 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the money due to the claimant and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £400 in respect of pay for four days worked.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £100 in respect of one day’s holiday.
