JUDGMENT
Having considered the respondent’s application dated 11 November 2024, the submissions presented by Mr Mohamed and having given the claimant an opportunity to make representations resisting the application, the judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The claim which consists solely of a complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(c) because the claimant has not complied with the Tribunal Rules and Rule 37(1)(d) because it it has not been actively pursued.(2) The final hearing listed for today and tomorrow (27 and 28 November 2024), is cancelled.
