Mr D Mckenna v Vibrations Pub Ltd: 2402929/2023
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The respondent company has been dissolved and the claimant has not applied to have it restored to the Register of Companies.[2]On 11 July 2023 the tribunal notified the claimant that the company had been dissolved and gave guidance about applying to have the company restored to the Register. Proceedings were stayed for six months. The matter came to a final hearing today. There had been no contact from the claimant. He has not informed the tribunal of any application to restore and has made no further contact with tribunal. He has failed to provide reasons why his claim should not be struck out for not being actively pursued.[4]The claim is therefore struck out.
