JUDGMENT
[1]The claimants’ application to amend their claims to allege harassment are refused.[2]I direct that: 2.1. the parties liaise to attempt to agree a revised length of hearing and to inform the Tribunal by 17 March 2017 of their suggestions for reducing the final hearing from the 6 days which it has been allocated. 2.2. the parties redact the witness statements and bundle of documents to be provided to the tribunal to avoid identifying the service user whose circumstances were the subject of the disciplinary procedure.
