The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, in accordance with Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 Miss L Thomason[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £5920.44 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2236.68 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[4]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,284.00 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[5]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £3750.00 within 14 days of the date of this judgment. Miss C Woodward[6]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £132.00 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[7]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £264.00 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[8]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £660.00 within 14 days of the date of this judgment. Miss C McAlpine[9]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2061.00 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[10]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £396.00 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[11]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1980.00 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.
