JUDGMENT

The unanimous judgment of the employment tribunal is that:

[1]The parties having agreed terms of settlement, the hearing of this case is postponed to allow for implementation of the terms of settlement.

[2]If neither party shall apply, on or before 26 April 2017 for the case to be restored to the list for hearing, it shall, the claimant’s consent having been given to the tribunal, be treated as withdrawn by the claimant upon settlement and shall stand dismissed on that basis, without further order.
