Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The title of the respondent in these proceedings is amended to Star Alliance FM Limited.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages for the period between 18 April and 11 June 2016 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,894.68 representing 263.15 hours at £7.20 per hour.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £160.00 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.[4]The hearing listed on 5 May 2017 is cancelled.
