JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims that he was subjected to detriment(s) and/or that he was automatically unfairly dismissed for refusing to work on a Sunday(s) (sections 45 & 101 Employment Rights Act 1996), in so far as they were ever pleaded, are withdrawn by the claimant and they are dismissed accordingly;[2]The claimant resigned from his employment with the respondent with effect from 7th December 2018. He was not dismissed. His claim of constructive unfair dismissal fails and is dismissed.
