The employment judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, in accordance with Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £8,541.22 (1.5 week’s pay for every complete year of service aged 41 or older:15 x 1.5 x £379.61 weekly wage = £ 8,541.22).[3]The hearing listed on 25 April 2023 is cancelled.
