JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £ 2,888.30 .[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £ 506.28 .[3]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent. I order the respondent to pay the claimant a basic award of 2,192.28. I order the respondent to pay the claimant a compensatory award of £2,044.68[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant 7 days gross pay in the sum of £ 511.56. .[5]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under rule 75(1)(b) ET Rules of Procedure 2013 in the sum of £250 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings[6]The sums referred to above should be paid to the claimant within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[7]The hearing listed on 4 October 2017 is cancelled.
