JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent’s application to strike out the claimant’s claim is dismissed. The correct respondent is Anlo Limited.[2]The claimant was unfairly dismissed and her claim for unfair dismissal is well founded.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation for unfair dismissal in the sum of £10,366.20 consisting of a basic award in the sum of £5226.12 and a compensatory award in the sum of £5140.08 (£4540.08 loss of earnings and £600 loss of statutory rights.)[4]The Recoupment Regulations apply to this award, the information required under Regulation 4(3) is:(a) the monetary award: £10,366.20(b) the amount of any ‘prescribed element’: £4540.08(c) the dates of the period to which the prescribed element relates: 13 January 2017 to 12 June 2017.(d) The amount the monetary award exceeds the prescribed element: £5826.12 4.5.18
