[1]By a letter dated 1 February 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, by 8 February 2023 , as to why the claims should not be struck out because• the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious;• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 22 December 2022; and• the claims have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.[3]The preliminary hearing fixed for 14 March 2023 will not take place. The final hearing listed 17 October, 19 October and 20 October 2023 will not take place.
