[1]The claimant is disabled within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 in that she has a mental impairment and consequently she can proceed with the Equality Act claims she has raised with regard to the protected characteristic of disability as well as her other claims.[2]The matter has already been listed for 22 January 2018 – the start of a five day hearing at Liverpool employment Tribunal.[3]No further order or direction need be made. 20-10-17
