REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to send a disability impact statement by 11 October 2024, extended to 29 November 2024. The claimant failed to do so.[2]On 25 February 2025 Judge Ross informed the claimant she was considering striking out the claim because the claimant had(1) failed to supply a disability impact statement to the respondent, which was required by 29 November 2024 and(2) was therefore not actively pursuing his claim. The claimant was informed he must write to the Tribunal by 4 March 2025 if he wished to object to his claim being struck out.[3]The claimant has failed to contact the Tribunal.[4]Therefore the claim has been struck out.[5]The Final Hearing fixed for 30 June - 4 July 2025 has been cancelled and will not take place.
