JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment based upon her service with the respondent from 2 December 2013 succeeds, and the respondent is ordered to pay her the balance due to her of her redundancy payment in the sum of £312.60.[2]The claimant’s claim for payment in lieu of untaken annual leave succeeds, and the respondent is ordered to pay her one day’s pay, the sum of £52.20.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the balance of the costs incurred by her in respect of the postponement of the hearing on 1 August 2017 in the sum of £26.77.The tribunal makes no further order as to costs or in respect of tribunal fees in the light of the proposed reimbursement of fees paid by HMCTS.[4]All other claims fail and are dismissed.
