JUDGMENT
The following claims are struck out in accordance with rule 37(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 because they have no reasonable prospect of success:[1]A claim for failure to make reasonable adjustments in accordance with sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010; and[2]A claim for discrimination arising from disability on the basis of removal from assignment on 23 December 2021 in accordance with section 15 of the Equality Act 2010.
REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £250 following a preliminary hearing held on 13 July 2023. The Order was sent to the claimant on 24 July 2023.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 18 June 2024 – 21 June 2024 will not take place.
