[1]By a letter dated 05/09/2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• The claimant had failed to write to the Tribunal and the respondent in accordance with the case management orders of 25 May 2023, section (4);• The claimant had failed to provide further and better particulars of the acts of unlawful discrimination contended for;• it appeared that the claim is not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 28th October- 30th October 2024 will not take place.
