Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £861.40.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £216.00.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £807.84.[4]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of terms and conditions of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant two weeks wages in the sum of £432.00.[5]The complaint of disability discrimination is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation for injury to feelings in the sum of £5,500.00.
