[1]The title of the respondent is amended as shown above.[2]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the complaints in respect of arrears of pay, notice pay and holiday pay.[3]It is just and equitable that each claimant should receive a redundancy payment.[4]Each claimant entitled to a redundancy payment in the sums set out below. Mr D Lord (date of birth - 27 September 1952) Length of service: 18 years Rate of pay: £8.50 per hour Contractual hours: 48 per week Contractual pay: £408.00 per week Redundancy payment: £408 x 18 x 1.5 = £11,016 Miss L Lord (date of birth - 18 July 1978) Length of service: 19 years Rate of pay: £7.83 per hour Contractual hours: 11 per week Contractual pay: £86.13 per week Redundancy payment: £86.13 x 19 x 1 = £1,636.47
