[1]The title of the respondent is amended as shown above.[2]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the complaints in respect of arrears of pay, notice pay and holiday pay.[3]It is just and equitable that each claimant should receive a redundancy payment.[4]Each claimant entitled to a redundancy payment in the sums set out below.
