[1]By letters dated 10th July 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because• the claimants had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal made at/following the preliminary hearing on 2nd May 2023; and/or• they have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 30th September to 4th October 2024 will not take place.
