[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent on grounds related to trade union membership or activities contrary to section 152 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and is awarded compensation as follows:- Basic award: £6562 Compensatory award: £984[2]The claimant was in breach of duty to provide written particulars of employment required by Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 and is ordered to pay 2 weeks’ gross pay of £246.00[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £98.40 representing a week’s net pay[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s in respect of untaken holiday on termination and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £270.60[5]The total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £8161.00
