Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The respondent not having presented a response to the claims, and on the information before the Judge,[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £14,100.00.[2]The claimant incurred interest charges on her mortgage which was not paid as a result of the unauthorised deduction and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £541.94.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant holiday pay in the gross sum of £591.78.[4]The hearing listed on 15 October 2021 is cancelled.
