JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant is found not to have been employed by the Respondent for two complete years at the date of his dismissal.[2]The Claimant's claim of automatic unfair dismissal on the basis of s.100(1)(a), (c), (d) and/or (e) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (health and safety cases) is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]Accordingly, the Claimant's claims of unfair dismissal are dismissed in their entirety.
