JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £311.60.[2]The respondent failed to provide to the claimant with an itemised pay statement at any period during her employment contrary to Section 8(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The outstanding sum is payable by the respondent to the claimant within 14 days of the date of this Judgment and if not paid within that period, the claimant may commence enforcement proceedings against the respondent.
