JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant having provided further and better particulars of her claim prepared by Mr T Kenward of counsel dated 9 June 2019, the respondent’s objection to them is dismissed; they do not amount to new or amended claims. The said further and better particulars are accepted as such and provide full and comprehensive details of the claimant’s 23 claims under sections 13, 15, 19, 21, 26 and 27 Equality Act 2010 and constructive unfair dismissal.[2]The claimant's application to amend her claim to include a claim of victimisation contrary to section 27 EA and section 47B Employment Rights Act 1996, particularised by Mr T Kenward of counsel dated 2 July 2019, is granted by consent of the respondent.
