JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages for the months of December 2018 and January 2019 and is ordered to pay the claimant £3,000 subject to the usual statutory deductions.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant of three weeks’ pay in the sum of £1,038.45 subject to the usual statutory deductions.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,038.45.[4]The sum due to the claimant from the respondent is £5,076.90, subject to the deductions as appropriate at paragraphs 1 and 2 above.[6]The hearing listed on 27th June 2019 is cancelled.
