JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The complaints of unfair dismissal and unlawful deductions from wages were not presented in time accordance with sections 111 and 23 Employment Rights Act 1996 and it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present these complaints to the Tribunal before 4 April 2022 when the claim form was presented.(2) The complaint of disability discrimination was not presented in time in accordance with section 123 Equality Act 2010 and it was not just and equitable to extend time to 4 April 2022 when the claim form was presented.(3) This means that the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the complaints brought in these proceedings and the claim cannot proceed.
