Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £ 1,817.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £ 2,240. (7 weeks pay at £320 per week)[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £ 3,360. (The claimant’s date of birth is 01/02/1965. He had 7 years of completed service, all worked when he was aged over 41 years.)[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £ 1,280 (20 days holiday at a rate of daily gross rate of pay of £64)[5]The respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £160 to the claimant in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.[6]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sums referred to above within 14 days of the date of this judgment.
