BY CONSENT It is the judgment of the Tribunal , by consent, that:[1]UPON the Claimants bringing claims for Unfair dismissal, Redundancy pay, Notice pay, holiday pay and unlawful deduction from wages,[2]AND UPON the parties together agreeing that the Respondent is liable to make payments to the Claimant, and in the interest of the overriding objective,[3]BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:(1) The Claimants’ claims are well founded.(2) By 10 March 2023 the Respondent will make payment as follows:a. Julia Preston £7814.13 redundancy and £438.60 holiday pay. Total £8252.73 gross;b. Sarah Mullineaux £2110.08 redundancy pay and £281.88 holiday pay. Total £2391.96 gross;c. Julie Burke £2025.10 redundancy pay and £364.72 holiday pay. Total £2389.82 gross[4]Failure to make payment will attract interest at the standard rates.
