JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is struck out.[2]Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure:a. The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages is wellfounded and succeeds. The Respondent shall therefore pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £2,268 within 14 days of the date that this judgment was sent to the parties.b. The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £630 within 14 days of the date that this judgment was sent to the parties.c. The Claimant’s claims for excess of £50, £500 for loans and “financial stress” are not well-founded and are dismissed.
