JUDGMENT
[1]The correct respondent is TLK Automotive Solutions Limited (in creditors voluntary liquidation) and the claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed against TLK Automotive Limited.[2]Under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 it is determined that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1560.00.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant, who was 59 years of age as at the 2 February 2024 (the effective date of termination) the sum of £1560.00 gross (one thousand and five hundred and sixty pounds) by way of a statutory redundancy payment (£520 gross per week x 3).
