JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the respondent is amended to SK Wiring Products Limited and all claims against David Hamilton are dismissed on withdrawal.

[2]The claim for direct disability discrimination brought under section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed on withdrawal. This does not affect the claims for constructive unfair dismissal and disability discrimination brought under section 20-21 and 26 of the Equality Act 2010 which will proceed to a liability hearing. A separate notice of hearing will be sent to the parties.
