JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for breach of contract is unsuccessful and is dismissed.[2]The claim for compensation related to entitlement to leave in accordance with regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is successful and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross amount of £132.60.[3]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages in accordance with section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is successful and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross amount of £105.60.[4]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a statement of employment particulars and in accordance with section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 is ordered to pay the claimant the gross amount of £1768.
