JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of the claimants listed in the attached schedules, under section 189 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, of a failure by the first respondent to comply with the requirements of section 188 of the 1992 Act, is well-founded.[2]The Tribunal orders the first respondent by way of a protective award under section 189(3) of the 1992 Act to pay the claimants on the attached Schedule 1 a payment equivalent to remuneration for the period of 90 days beginning on 9 December 2020.[3]The Tribunal orders the first respondent by way of a protective award under section 189(3) of the 1992 Act to pay the claimant on the attached Schedule 2 a payment equivalent to remuneration for the period of 90 days beginning on 10 December 2020.[4]The Tribunal orders the first respondent by way of a protective award under section 189(3) of the 1992 Act to pay the claimant on the attached Schedule 3 a Case Nos: 2402448/2021 & Others (see attached schedules) payment equivalent to remuneration for the period of 90 days beginning on 18 December 2020.[5]The Tribunal orders the first respondent by way of a protective award under section 189(3) of the 1992 Act to pay the claimants on the attached Schedule 4 a payment equivalent to remuneration for the period of 90 days beginning on 22 December 2020. 5.
